Chocolate Cake Mix

1 box Any Brand Chocolate Cake Mix 1/2 c Butter, softened 2 Eggs 1 c Semisweet Chocolate Chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking trays with silicon pads or parchment paper. Put the eggs, butter, and cake mix in a medium bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough is formed. Mix chocolate chips into dough. Use ice cream scoop to portion cookie dough onto baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are firm. Leave cookies to cool 5 minutes and then move to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. |
